Blackout blinds for curved windows, Bristol

We are delighted to have been instructed once again by Willmott Dixon,  to install specialist electrically operated blackout blinds at Colston Hall in Bristol.  In early 2020, our team will be onsite to fit blackout blinds designed to suit curved windows!

In being appointed for this £49m project, Willmott Dixon has once again underlined its role as one of the UK’s premier regenerators of Grade II listed buildings.  This project is for the second phase transformation of this famous 150-year-old and much-loved venue in the heart of the city.

The result of this investment will be to ensure that Bristol has an unrivalled concert venue for both classical and contemporary music, improved comfort for the audience and artists, more comfortable backstage space plus the creation of a third performance area by opening up the building’s Victorian cellars.

This is a landmark installation that we’re very much looking forward to. We’ll update this post with images of the blinds in situ when we have them!
