In September, HMT Sancta Maria Hospital will open its brand new doors in Swansea’s SA1 for the first time. The hospital has been in the Uplands area since the 1950s and whilst it has been refurbished since then, ongoing improvements became unviable.
The private hospital’s new building is located between Fabian Way and Langdon Road in SA1 and will welcome its first patients in October. Standing over four-storeys, the new hospital offers parking, two floors of clinical space and the fourth floor for plant.
The hospital will offer the latest technology and in its two operating theatres, x-ray, endoscopy and MRI units and purpose-built consulting and ward rooms. Patients will also be able to benefit from 12 en-suite bedrooms.
#TeamSwanmac will be onsite in the Autumn to install high-quality vertical blinds and roller blinds throughout plus Silent Gliss cubicle tracks. We are delighted to be working with Kier Construction once more and look forward to getting on site!
