Situated across two towers of 13 and 21 storeys the development will also provide retail space at ground level and rooftop tree gardens and amenity spaces, thus incorporating Sustainable Urban Drainage (SuDS).
The site totals 783 m2 of communal, retail and commercial space plus over 1,800 m2 of public amenity space.
Our team will be onsite during 2022 to install over 1000 chain-operated roller blinds, under instruction from JJ Rhatigan. These manually operated blinds are sturdy, easy to maintain and are available in a wide range of colours and sunscreen fabrics and are perfect for both residential and commercial use.
