The Bargate Quarter in Southampton is a £132m development that will provide mixed-use living and commercial space that will help to reconnect and energise the city’s Bargate and Town Walls.
The project will further boost the economy of the city which has recently also been granted freeport status and has recently had a new runway approved at the local airport.
The development has been designed with considerate thought given to the historical importance of the location, but with a forward-looking perspective; construction will range from four to twelve storeys in height and will deliver over five hundred new 1, 2 or 3-bedroom homes, plus retail and restaurant units.
