As a part of the relocation of the University of Gloucester’s Business School relocation from Cheltenham, 500 student rooms have been in development in Gloucester City Centre.
The first phase comprised 295 student rooms across four buildings and was completed in 2018. In addition to student accommodation, the development provides leisure and amenity spaces plus a public car park.
Phase 2 is now underway and will deliver an additional 198 rooms across two blocks and include residences from standard rooms with ensuites, to those with ensuites, studios and shared townhouses.
Under instruction by Midas Construction, our installation team will be onsite during late 2022 to install blackout roller blinds to all bedrooms. The essential shading solution for students at work, sleep and play in a bustling city centre!
