Midas Construction is the appointed contractor to a new development in Bristol that will bring new homes, affordable housing and student accommodation to the heart of the city.
Located in within Bristol’s Old Market conservation area, the scheme will deliver accommodation for 202 students comprising of 46 studios and 156 bedrooms in cluster flats. It will also provide 48 houses and apartments, 19 of which will be affordable.
Swanmac will be installing over 200 blackout roller blinds to all bedroom windows within the student accommodation of this £24 million scheme.
