The Blue Coat Academy is part of the Cranmer Education Trust in Oldham.  Currently, under construction, the school will be open to all 1,200 student places in 2023.

The school is to be named after the Oldham-born artist Brian Clarke and will be located on a former supermarket site in the town centre.  The building is a four-storey brick-clad construction which will offer high-quality, modern facilities including state-of-the-art classrooms and superb outdoor sports facilities.

Due to its central location, the school has been designed with a one-way road traffic system and parking bays to help ensure easy student drop-offs and collection.  An additional 112 parking spaces and 62 accessible bays plus 4 electric car charging points.

Our installation team will attend the site in the Autumn of 2023 to install a range of blackout blinds and roller blinds to all windows.  Blackout blinds are perfect for teaching rooms and labs when complete darkness is required whilst our roller blinds provide protection from the sun’s rays and enable students to easily view screens.
