Cardiff’s Capital Quarter is a major re-development of the city’s bus station and central railway station. The seven-storey No 3 building is the latest building to near completion of this landmark development providing 78,000 sq ft of office space.
The building will house a central atrium, reception area and 6th-floor roof terrace. The office space is open floor to enable the building to be flexible enough to suit the needs of modern-day office requirements.

Contractors A & N Lewis have instructed the team at Swanmac to install over 200 commercial sunscreen roller blinds to all office spaces. These durable and stylish roller blinds will ensure that office staff are able to moderate the heat and light within the open plan offices to provide the best possible working environment.
