No 4 is designed over seven storeys and is the latest office development in the heart of the Welsh capital. It is a part of Cardiff City Centre’s 10-acre enterprise zone that provides superior office space and a prestigious location for its resident businesses.
Capital Quarter No 4 covers just under 97,000 sq ft with facilities that include a modern reception area, a roof terrace, shower and locker facilities and features a central atrium which floods the building with natural light.
Swanmac has been instructed by contractor Bray and Slaughter to install sunscreen roller blinds and blackout blinds to all windows and will be onsite during July 2020.
These roller blinds are some of our most popular products. They provide the perfect solution to shield staff from the sun’s harmful rays, reduce glare – allowing staff to safely manage their screen time and provide absolute blackout when required. Whilst designed for robust usage, their sleek appearance and wipe clean fabric ensures that they remain in pristine condition.
