Capital Tower is Cardiff tallest building at over 270 feet tall and 24 floors. The building was opened in 1970 and has been a prominent skyline feature of the Welsh capital ever since.
Having recently undergone a £multi-million transformation, the tower provides a range of office space. Each floor of 5,500 sq foot provides suites from 2,000 sq ft upwards plus an onsite business lounge, an in-house coffee shop and the all-important city centre secure parking.
Following the signing of a 10-year lease of the 5th floor with landlord Knight Frank, our client, a leading personal injury law firm, has instructed Swanmac to install roller blinds to all office spaces.
Office roller blinds are available with chain, crank handle, spring and motorised mechanisms and come in a range of fabrics. Robust and durable, they provide shading from the sun’s harmful rays and also help to maintain an ambient working temperature by both keeping heat in, and locking it out.
