Due for completion in 2022, Castle Park View is a part of the regeneration of a brownfield site in Bristol and will become the tallest building in the city. At 26-storeys and covering over 29,000m2 the tower will provide 375 new homes. 300 of these will be one and two-bedroom private rented apartments and 75 affordable homes.
The site is located on a former ambulance station at the South-East corner of Castle Park and residences will be accessed via a main lobby that will also service a business centre, concierge reception and leisure facilities for residents.
