The brand new £27m Cefn Saeson Comprehensive School will open in Spring 2022.
Currently under construction next to the existing school site, the new 97,000 sq ft school will include three access points and sports facilities that include a 3G pitch, multi-use games areas, grass pitch plus an artificial sand-dressed pitch. When complete, the existing school will be demolished.
The school will accommodate 900 pupils which equals the current number, and the state-of-the-art sports facilities will also be open for use by the local community outside of school hours.
Team Swanmac is delighted to have been instructed by Morgan Sindall to install chain-operated roller blinds to its 48 classrooms across the school.
Chain-operated roller blinds are widely used in schools and many public-use buildings. They are available in a range of fabrics to suit the interior décor and, most importantly, to provide privacy and protection from the sun’s glare, thus supporting an ideal working environment for staff and pupils alike.
