Much thought has gone into the concept for this development. Designed as pavilion buildings at varying heights, the complex is designed to complement the streetscape and be sympathetic to surrounding buildings, including a local single-storey primary school.
Further to instruction by Watkins Jones, the Swanmac team will be on site during July and August to install chain-operated dimout blinds and voile curtains throughout the new buildings.
These are products that will ensure that residents are protected from the sun’s harmful rays, whilst still enjoying the required levels of light; they will also compliment the design and interior styling of the accommodation.
