Swanmac is delighted to have been instructed by furniture supplier Deanestor, to install 800 chain operated roller blinds to 599 student bedrooms in Exeter.
The installation will take place during the Summer of 2019 throughout the newly developed premises which includes a mix of studio rooms, cluster rooms, duplexes and large studio penthouses. Each cluster will have communal kitchen and living areas with studio rooms having their own kitchenette.
The complex is located on Exeter’s former bus and coach station and will allow students easy access to university campuses. Pedestrian and cycle routes will be integrated into the site to enable students to easily cycle to their studies.
