Curzon Circle is a £200m joint venture between Torsion Developments and investors, Harrison Street. It will provide a range of accommodation to students in Central Birmingham. It aims to encourage healthy, sustainable living and will offer a range of different accommodation types.
Students will be able to choose from studios to 9-room clusters and will be able to enjoy a range of amenity spaces including a gym, workspace, private dining lounge and courtyard at the centre of the building.
The building has been designed with a 15-storey tower which fronts onto key Curzon vehicle and rail intersections plus a further 5-storey accommodation wing.
Our installation team will be onsite during the Summer of 2022 to install 400 blackout roller blinds so that students are able to achieve blackout at any time of day or night. These blinds are sleek and available in a range of fabrics and colours to suit the interior design of the accommodation.
