At just under 5,000m2 this is a project that will provide accommodation for 233 students in Exeter.
In a mix of studios, apartments, clusters and townhouses, the development is uniquely set. Four blocks of different sizes are staggered upon the hillside, all at varying heights to elegantly sit on the site and complement the skyline and immediate surrounding areas.
The accommodation is luxurious with brand new, modern furnishings and superb onsite amenities.
The development is due for completion during the Summer of 2022, which is when our team will be on-site to install blackout roller blinds in all bedrooms. Our blinds are chic with a smooth operation and are available in a range of colours and are wipe-clean – ensuring that they remain in peak condition whilst providing that all-important blackout.
