Furniture solutions specialists Deanestor, have instructed Swanmac on a large roller blinds installation in the heart of Cardiff.
The West Wing of the former Cardiff Infirmary, a much-loved building in the heart of the Welsh capital is currently being transformed into a 10-storey £75m student accommodation scheme for 650 students.
The accommodation is to be spectacular! Students will be able to choose from sleek studios, apartments and also cluster living arrangements. On-site facilities include a gym and yoga studio, multi-media room, games rooms and study areas. With all mod-cons, students will even be able to open their rooms with their phones!
The site on Glossop Road will be ready for the student intake in September 2019 and Swanmac is to install 900 roller blinds. Stylish, available in a range of colours, and with wipe-clean fabric, our blinds will ensure that light and temperature are maintained to the optimum levels for those living and working in this much-anticipated building.
