A brand-new Government hub in Centenary Square, Birmingham will provide a consolidated hub in the West Midlands for HM Revenue & Customs, the DWP and other Government departments.
The building covers 240,000 sq ft across 14 storeys and will house 3,600 civil servants at work. The offices will predominantly comprise of open plan office accommodation, meeting rooms and cellular offices as well as a basement car park. As a part of the Government’s objective to streamline both its property estate and services, the hub will enable disparate teams to come together to facilitate this.
ISG has been awarded the contract to fit out the hub which is due to open in Autumn 2021. Our team will be onsite during July to install over 1000 sunscreen roller blinds to all windows. By far our most popular product, Swanmac sunscreen roller blinds are available in sizes from 200mm to 4500 mm with a choice of mechanism and fabrics.
Thanks to their durability and wipe-clean fabrics, these blinds offer a cost-effective, long term, shading solution without compromises.
