In December 2020, work began on the £48m development of the new Haverfordwest High VC School in Prendergast. The school is a part of the 21st Century Schools programme and is jointly funded by Pembrokeshire County Council and the Welsh Government.
Due for completion during the summer of 2022, the school will provide education for 1500 pupils aged between 11-16 plus 250 six form pupils who will benefit from state-of-the-art facilities including an eight-court sports hall, floodlit 3G pitches and multi-use games areas, whilst the existing athletics track and pitches will be retained.
Lead developer, Morgan Sindall has instructed #TeamSwanmac to install site screens and roller blinds throughout the school.
Site screens protect those working in areas of high footfall. Our screens are versatile and easily reconfigured to suit requirements onsite as they change, and provide essential barrier protection to prevent the spread of germs and viruses.
Our roller blinds are the essential shading solution for classrooms and offices and will be installed throughout. With a sleek design, they are available in a range of dim-out fabrics to suit the interior design of the school, whilst importantly providing protection from the sun’s rays and helping to maintain an ambient temperature for students and staff alike.
We’ll be onsite during the summer of 2022 to complete this installation.
