IQ East Court provides accommodation for 400 students in the Mile End area of London. Based in the East End it is the perfect location for students from Queen Mary University, Bayes Business School and UCL.
The development sits across four towers and opened in 2019 and provides en-suite rooms with shared kitchens or studios with a self-contained kitchen area. Additional facilities include a 24/7 gym, cinema room, games area plus communal lounge and study areas.
As part of a refurbishment during the Summer of 2023, #TeamSwanmac has been instructed to install 300 blackout roller blinds.
