Kings Cross S4 is a part of a landmark regeneration project in London that will provide both social and private residential apartments and retail units situated on the ground floor.
The building will sit across 14 floors and provide 176 brand-new living spaces comprising 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments across 13 floors plus cycle storage and a welcoming lobby area. Of the new homes created, 120 will be for private purchase and the remaining 56 will be social housing rented apartments. A number of retail units will be situated on the ground floor.
Under instruction by lead contractor Laing O’Rourke, our team will be onsite during the Summer of 2023 to install a range of blackout blinds and curtain tracks.
