Llanilltud Faerdref Primary School is one of three 21st-century Schools projects funded by the Welsh Government. Scheduled for completion in Spring 2024, the new school will provide 240 pupil places and 30 nursery places.
The development itself comprises a single-storey net zero carbon building, two multi-use games areas a grass five-a-side pitch and a 40m sprint track. It will also include cycle storage and car parking spaces 10% of which will provide electric charging facilities.
Located in Church Village, South Wales, the school’s facilities will be available for use by the wider community.
Swanmac will be onsite during the first quarter of 2024 to install a range of chain-operated blackout and dim-out roller blinds. Popular in schools, these blinds are child-safe and have a smooth and quiet operation. Our team will also install a range of radio-operated blinds at high level, ensuring that the blinds can be operated easily when required.
