The London Institute for Healthcare Engineering (LIHE) is a joint initiative led by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation and King’s School of Biomedical Engineering and Imaging Sciences to bring together research, leading clinical practice and commerce in the Medtech sector.
Through collaboration, the LIHE will thus provide the rapid creation of pioneering medical products and technology for the treatment of cancer, neurology, cardiovascular, ophthalmology, oral health and prenatal conditions.
Situated opposite the Palace of Westminster and surrounded by Grade II listed buildings the building has been designed to provide stable temperatures and good, natural ventilation with a high quality of natural light also required. Our team will attend the site during Q2 of 2023 to install our double roller blinds systems throughout. These systems comprise both blackout and sunscreen roller blinds, neatly encased for full blackout or protection from the sun whilst still enjoying natural light.
We’ll also be installing high-specification curtains which are all available in full blackout or dim-out fabrics in a range of colours to complement the interior design of the LIHE development.
