Within the New England Quarter and London Road Development area of Brighton, a new 5-storey development will replace a tired building on London Road in Brighton which was once home to Marks and Spencer.
Upon completion later this year, the £16m project will deliver 240 student apartments with a reception area plus communal interior and exterior spaces. On the ground floor, new retail units will create a brand new shop front on London Road.
Designed by Corstorphine and Wright with construction led by RGB Group the building attracts a BREEAM rating of Excellent, with solar panels and a green roof.
#TeamSwanmac will be on-site in the latter part of 2021 to install over 300 blackout roller blinds to all bedrooms and living areas, providing darkness for the student residents, regardless of the time of day.
