Millwrights Place is a £63m residential scheme at Finzels Reach in Bristol. Located on the old Avon Fire and Rescue headquarters and designed across two buildings, it will provide 297 apartments across two buildings.

231 of these will be private rental apartments in a 14-storey building whilst an adjacent 10-storey building will provide a further 66 apartments.  18 of these apartments will be shared ownership and the remaining 48 will be affordable homes.  Both schemes will contain a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom homes.

The apartments within Millwrights Place have been designed and built for the ‘built to rent’ market; thus they are professionally managed with an on-site maintenance team, concierge and communal areas including rooftop terraces, shared entertainment space plus cycle storage, all of which exist to encourage socialising, community activities and support for those working from home.

Our team will be onsite under instruction from Willmott Dixon during the last quarter of 2022 to install blackout roller blinds to all bedroom windows. These blinds are a popular feature in city apartment living thanks to the complete blackout provided in towns and cities where there is significant light both day and night.
