Postmark is a new development on the site of the former Royal Mail Mount Pleasant Mail Centre on Farringdon Road in London EC1.  In 2017 Royal Mail sold 6.25 acres of land in WC1 to developers Taylor Wimpey, creating a unique opportunity to develop premium living space together with affordable housing plus community facilties which will include a courtyard, shaded terraces, shops and open landscaped areas.

The sites have been designed by Conrad and Partners and Phase 1 has now commenced with contractor Bouygues-UK at the helm.

It comprises a 214-apartment complex – a fraction of the total 681 homes that the entire project will deliver.  The building ranges from 6 to 16 storeys in height and has been designed to achieve a BREEAM  ‘Excellent’ rating.

Our installation team will be onsite during the summer of 2021 to install blackout roller blinds to all windows, providing a sleek and elegant finish to windows whilst providing the necessary blackout for city living.
