Private equity investment firm Castleforge has adopted a strategy of investment in the UK’s secondary cities with thriving universities and which have the potential to grow as regional business hubs.
This includes the purchase of Mountbatten House in Southampton which has been modernised to provide flexible working spaces for businesses, including start-ups in the area.
Georgian built Mountbatten House has undergone a restorative transformation to offer an open-plan office workspace. Newly refurbished with reclaimed materials and an interior of calm neutral colours, it aims to reflect the city’s water locale. The building now offers bright meeting rooms, breakout areas, 4 kitchenettes, 2 cafes and an outdoor terrace for socialising after work.
Our installation team will be onsite to install high-quality curtains before the offices open to tenants in January 2022. Our range of curtains provide the luxurious aesthetic required in this premium office space, and come in 37 colours; there is a colour to suit every design palate.
