The Old Paradise Street development is situated on the site of a former Costa Roastery opposite Damien Hirst’s Gallery on Newport Street and adjacent to the Old Paradise Gardens, which are a part of Lambeth Palace’s conservation area.
The development will deliver a new 7-storey office designed to CAT A standard and built through highly sustainable, low carbon construction, becoming an example for developments of this nature. It will renovate a neglected site into 60,000 sq ft of net carbon zero workspace that is BREEAM Excellent and WELL gold rated and won the Working category award in the New London Awards 2020.
Our team will be onsite during Q3 2024 to install roller blind box encasements. These protective covers are installed over the top of roller blinds to help protect them from dirt, dust, and other debris. The encasements are typically designed to fit snugly over the top of the roller blind and can be easily removed for cleaning or maintenance; they also help to improve the appearance of the roller blinds by hiding the roller mechanism and providing a more finished look.
