One Central Square in Cardiff was the first building to be completed in the redevelopment of the heart of the Welsh capital. Located immediately at the front of Cardiff Central station, it’s one of the very first buildings that greets visitors, tourists and those commuting to the capital.
An 800,000 sq ft development, the building is office-led but also offers a range of residential, hotel, leisure and retail spaces, all carefully planned and managed to offer an appropriate environment.
Expanding vehicle finance company, Motonovo was one of the building’s earliest residents and took the first five floors of this impressive building which had a minimal Cat-A fit-out.
Motonovo has approached Swanmac and asked us to supply and install our high-quality and durable roller blinds. We are delighted to help and the blinds will be installed in February.
