At £34.7m, Pendcoetre High School is part of a £135m investment by The Vale of Glamorgan Council and Welsh Government aimed at transforming education within the county.  The school will provide a first-class education for over 1000 pupils and a further 200 sixth form students.  It will also cater for those with additional learning needs.

Two 3-storey teaching wings have been built around a ‘heart space’ comprising a dining hall, main hall and a courtyard.  The school will also offer performance spaces and all-weather sports pitches, games courts and a double-storey sports hall.  As a community school, the hall connects directly to the outdoor sports areas and will be available for use by the local residents.

The school will open its doors to students in January 2022 and our installation team will be onsite during December to install dimout roller blinds and blackout roller blinds to all classrooms.   Dim out blinds will protect from harmful rays and also help to maintain a comfortable working environment for students by keeping the heat in whilst our blackout blinds are perfect for laboratories and presentations by providing full blackout when required.

Both are sleek, minimalist, robust and are available in a range of colours to suit the architectural and interior design.
