With sustainability at the very heart of the building, it was designed to achieve a BREEAM rating excellent and has a central LTHW system that uses combined heat and power units to generate electricity whilst using the waste to supply the hot water and heating demands of the building.
Our installation team will be onsite during the Summer of 2021 to install over 200 roller blinds and curtains to the bedrooms, living areas and social spaces. These products complement the stylish, modern design of the building, are easy to maintain and robust enough to withstand high levels of use.
