Rosenberg House is a beautiful Grade II listed building which forms part of St John’s Almshouses in the centre of Bath. Its recent redevelopment was led by contractor Bray and Slaughter and includes a new atrium with an additional 15 independent living apartments. The building now also offers electronic security systems, double glazing throughout and electricity generated via its own solar panels.
Swanmac is delighted to have recently installed over 200 Silent Gliss 4910 roller blinds as a part of this redevelopment. In this instance Triscreen fabric was used to allow residents, staff and visitors to benefit from its high reflectance values.
The Duchess of Cornwall, who is the patron of St John’s, officially opened the modernised building – a great day for everyone involved!
