Set on a 6-acre site, the new Star Salford Academy will provide 750 pupil places with a mission to are to provide educational excellence, develop their pupils’ emotional and physical health and positively support the local community.
The building itself is set across two floors and 62,000 sq ft. Classrooms will feature the latest technology as will state-of-the-art laboratories, IT suites and specialist teaching areas for art, food tech, design and music.
The campus itself will also offer a three-court sports hall and a drama and dance studio plus an external 3G artificial grass training pitch and multi-use games area.
