We are delighted to have been instructed by Vinci Construction to install a range of double roller blinds to 1500 bedrooms at this brand new student accommodation project at Exeter University.
A registered botanic garden, Streatham campus is built around a country estate and is often recognised as being one of the most beautiful in the country. Delivering a total of 1,182 homes, this student accommodation development will offer a range of standard, en-suite and enhanced accessible bedrooms. It will become the largest build on on-site accommodation for almost a decade.
Opening in two phases, the first will be completed in September 2020 and the second a year later. The Swanmac team are very happy to work alongside Vinci again and will be on-site from Summer 2020 and as required until completion in September 2021.
Our double roller blind system is an innovative design that allows the user to choose from either full blackout shading or solar protection. This means that regardless of the time of day if the students want to sleep or work, they have the perfect blind solution to help them.
