Situated just 100 yards from Maidenhead Railway Station, The Landing is a £106m regeneration project in the heart of Maidenhead that will improve its appeal as a commuter hub into London and the South of England.
The site sits across 3.5 hectares within the town centre and will comprise over 22,000 sq m of residential housing, 36,000 sq m of office space, and 5,000 sq m of retail space.
In addition to the living and working spaces, an underground basement will also provide parking for 150 cars and the site will also feature green spaces, outdoor seating and a new public square.
The new homes created will be a mix of affordable housing and privately rented homes with 87 of the 424 newly created homes being affordable housing. #TeamSwanmac will be on site from March 2023 to install several thousand blackout roller blinds to all apartments. These blinds are ideal for city living as the fabric is designed to prevent 100% of light penetration.
