Trinity Islands is a residential-led, mixed-use development in the St Johns area of Manchester. Upon completion, it will create 1,950 residential apartments and support the vibrancy and success of the St John’s area by providing a high-quality city centre neighbourhood.
Designed for modern city life, the buildings will offer residents underground car parking with EV charging facilities, cycle parking plus a gym, residents garden and drinking establishment. Commercial space, meeting rooms and a business lounge will also feature on the ground floor.
Set along 130m of the riverbank and 1.6 acres of riverside park; the Trinity Island will feature one of the tallest towers in the UK outside of London and the second highest in Manchester.
Team Swanmac will be onsite during Q1 of 2025 to install 2500 blackout vertical blinds. Vertical blinds are a superb privacy and shading solution. The slats can be finely adjusted to ensure that light can enter the building, but at the same time, ensure that privacy is preserved. For this installation, the blinds will be made from blackout material, ensuring that city night lights don’t affect a good night’s sleep for residents.
