The Tyndall Street Residential development is a £57m project delivering 307 built-to-rent properties in the Welsh Capital.
The apartments span 23 storeys and are 1-bed, 2-bed and studio apartments, all of which will benefit from communal spaces including a double-height rooftop sky-lounge and terrace. Commercial units will occupy the ground floor space.
The building itself is striking – with two-tone grey and white glass-reinforced concrete cladding panels, with windows up to the 18th floor, and a copper façade at the top.
Located close to the Capital Quarter, Cardiff Central Station, and a stone’s throw from Cardiff Bay with its restaurants and bars, Tyndall Street is the perfect location for city renters.
Our team will be onsite during the late summer/autumn of 2022 to install blackout wave curtains in all bedrooms. The fabric hangs from a wave curtain track; this provides a beautiful wave effect when the curtains are closed and allows them to stack neatly when open.
