The Vita Student Apartments on prestigious Park Place in the centre of Cardiff are a stunning development led by Kier Construction.
One of Vita’s more unique developments, the building blends both old and new aimed at attracting an international student community. The building will provide 401 student rooms, 27 of which have been converted in an adjacent listed building. The aim has been to provide a mix of Vita’s classic student accommodation plus exclusive living spaces. Our installation team will be onsite during late Summer to install blackout curtains in all bedrooms. Blackout curtains are a popular feature in our city-based student accommodation projects. Our curtains are available in a range of fabrics and colours and are all flame retardant. They also provide full blackout to ensure that when sleep is required, students can relax and rest in full darkness.
