In September 2023, brand new purpose-built high-spec student accommodation will open in Coventry. The new 13-storey building is the second of Vita’s sites in the Coventry providing services to students from both Coventry University and the University of Warwick.
The building will offer 496 studios, a ground floor ‘hub’ and a courtyard. Students will enjoy an ‘all in ‘ experience; weekly fees include all bills, an events calendar and access to a range of bookable spaces. In addition, residents are able to enjoy a ‘grab and go’ breakfast, free-to-use bikes and regular housekeeping.
Superbly located, the site itself overlooks the green space of Greyfriars Green Park and is just 300m from the city’s railway station.
In June 2023, #TeamSwanmac was on site to install a range of high-quality curtains to the ground floor windows in good time for the accommodation to welcome its first residents in September 2023.
